I'd have to say it was the biggest snow storm of the year. It was a thunder and lighting snowstorm in the wee hours of the morning, and our street wasn't plowed until suppertime. There was lots of shoveling and a walk through some tracks made by the big tires of a driveway plow. Traffic was quieted (well slightly), many were outside shoveling and chatting, many walking in the middle of the street (wherever there was a small path to be found).
I am very much ready for spring, but did enjoy how a big storm slows everything down for a good 24 hours, and how everyone is so compelled to get out there in it after it has ended.
